B. Agenda Review
Motion to accept the agenda was made by Evelise Riberio, seconded by Robert Spirito; unanimous approval.

C. Review of Minutes
Motion to accept minutes were made by Frank Cochran, seconded by Doug Hausladen ; unanimous approval.

D. Internal Affairs Statistical Report
Captain Peterson reported that eleven (11) cases were opened and nine (9) cases were closed in
November.

E. Internal Affairs (IA) Remarks
Captain Peterson introduced two new investigators Detective Charlette Barham and Sergeant John Wolcheski. She also reported that she will be transferred to be in charge of Patrol and that Captain Denise Blanchard will be the new OIC, Internal Affairs.

F. Elections: Chair_ Barbara Carroll was re-elected by unanimous vote.
Vice Chair_ Vote was a tie between Doug Hausladen and Mary Blair
Secretary _Wayne Hobbs was elected by a 6 to 4 vote.
Frank Cochran made a motion to enter the tie into the minutes, seconded by Maureen O’Sullivan; unanimous approval.

G. Subcommittee Reports – NACOLE/BOPC/ByLaws/Policy& Procedures
2010 conference will be held in September in Seattle Washington.

A motion to adjourn was made by Robert Spirito and seconded by Doug Housladen ; unanimous approval.
